FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH, 6â6:30 P.M., in the cathedral nave
On Monday, March 14, 2022, beginning at 6 p.m., Saint Mark's Associate Organist John Stuntebeck will offer 30 minutes of drone-based improvisations on the Mighty Flentrop, as an aid to reflection and meditation, and as a prelude to yoga practice. Cathedral Yoga, led by Sally Senger, will follow immediately at 6:30 p.m.
Arrive at any time between 6 and 6:30, but note that the nave will not be open until just before 6 p.m.
You are welcome to stay for the organ prelude without attending the yoga class.
Organ Meditations will be offered on the first Monday of each month:
MONDAY, JANUARY2, 6 P.M.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 6 P.M.
MONDAY, MARCH 6, 6 P.M.
No organ OR yoga class on April 3 (Holy week)
MONDAY, MAY 6, 6 P.M.
