10:10 a.m. Sunday Forum: Special Theatrical Presentation: Where I Grew Up

The Mideast Focus Ministry kicks off its seventh annual film series (see announcement, next page) with a very special live performance of a play by Ed Mast and Yusef Mahmoud titled Where I Grew Up. The short play traces Yusef’s experience growing up as a Palestinian-American in Edmonds, Washington. Following the performance, playwright Ed Mast will host a discussion about the issues raised. (Since this is a live performance, please try to arrive promptly. The performance will begin by 10:13 a.m.)

In the hour between the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday morning Eucharist services, Saint Mark’s Cathedral offers a variety of forums on various topics relating to faith, justice, updates on parish life, and more.
