8:30 p.m. The Great Vigil of Easter

Lighting of the New Fire and Paschal Candle, Exsultet, Baptisms, First Eucharist of Easter Music by the Senior Choristers, Cathedral Schola & Cathedral Choir. Incense will be used. No childcare; children are encouraged to participate in the service—many families come for the first half and work their way up over the years to the whole Vigil. Resources: Cathedral Nave
