This event will be offered at Phinney Ridge Lutheran church rather that at Saint Mark's. Bishop of Olympia Greg Rickel and Bishop of the Northwest Washington Synod of the ELCA Shelley Wee join together for a service in which holy oil is consecrated for use by communities throughout the diocese and synod in the coming year.
