DESCRIPTION:SATURDAYS\, 9:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M\, Skinner Auditorium \nPlease note: This meeting has been moved to Skinner Auditorium each Saturday.  \nSaint Mark’s Cathedral cathedral is the host this meeting of the Clear Mountain Buddhist Monastery community. \nJoin for a morning of meditation\, teaching\, and spiritual conversation over coffee! Each Saturday from 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.\, local practitioners gather together in the Saint Mark’s Cathedral Skinner Auditorium (located in the St Nicholas School Building\, just north of the cathedral building\, 1501 10th Ave E.) for a community meditation\, teaching\, and coffee social. Gatherings begin with a guided sit from 9:30–10 a.m. designed to accommodate and empower a wide variety of practices\, from Buddhist meditation to centering prayer. \nThe morning continues with a Dhamma teaching and Q&A from 10–11 followed by a chance\, for those who want\, to discuss life and practice over coffee from 11–11:30 a.m. If they wish\, visitors may also bring a small food offering for the monastic meal. \nThose unable to attend in person may tune in live via Clear Mountain’s YouTube channel. In the spirit of Dhamma\, all teachings are offered completely free of charge\, with nothing expected in return.
