6:45 p.m. Cathedral Commons: Holding Loss and Remembrance and Hope in Our Community, with Dean Steve Thomason and Canon Cristi Chapman

It is November. The days get darker, we commemorate All Souls, we feel the holiday season approaching…and we ache for loved ones we no longer see. The Saint Mark’s community has lost several beloved members in recent months, and many of us have lost dear ones in our lives, both recently and in the past. Come together in community with the Dean and Canon Chapman on November 20 to name the losses that are on our hearts at this time, share our stories, and make ritual around this journey, including music led by Canon Kleinschmidt and Choir School Director Rebekah Gilmore. None of us is alone, and honoring our stories and our love and our loss is a sacred way to hold each other in hope and light as Christ’s people.
