In the sacred space of Saint Mark’s Cathedral, this spiritual practice is designed to improve health, release tension, and deepen spirituality. It is a gentle, restorative, and contemplative practice, and the instructors guide the group in ways that welcome newcomer and experienced practitioners alike. Pay what you can.

On the first Monday of each month an Organ Meditation (30 minutes of improvisations on the Flentrop Organ) precedes the class, 6–6:30 p.m.

On the first Monday of each month an Organ Meditation (30 minutes of improvisations on the Flentrop Organ) precedes the class, 6–6:30 p.m.

On the third Monday of each month the class ends with an extended savasana with Sound Bath, 7:30–8 p.m. As the doors are locked at 6:45, it is no longer possible to attend the sound bath without attending the class. Participants are encouraged to stay for the full 90-minute experience if possible.

On the fourth Monday of each month, class is followed by social time with tea and chat.

Please note: Due to the Trans Day of Remembrance service in the nave at 8 p.m. on November 20, the usual third-Monday Sound Bath will not be offered that night. The 90-minute class with extended Sound Bath savasana will be offered on November 13 instead.
