Cathedral Yoga RELOCATED: Yoga Nidra Meditation with Wendy

Due to a concert in the cathedral nave, Cathedral Yoga will be relocated to the Carriage House on Monday, November 15. For this special offering, Cathedral Yoga leader Wendy Townsend will lead participants through a one-hour yoga nidra meditation.
