The Northwest Boychoir celebrates its 45th annual presentation of A Festival of Lessons & Carols this December with eight regional performances. A Festival of Lessons & Carols is a holiday tradition for thousands of families in the Puget Sound region. These traditional Christmas concerts showcase the 80-member combined chorus of the Northwest Boychoir and Vocalpoint! Seattle. Patterned after the Christmas Eve observance at King’s College in Cambridge, England, This 90-minute classical performance consists of nine readings leading up to the Nativity, each followed by traditional carols performed by the choir and audience. There is only one performance at Saint Mark’s this year, and this event always sell out. For tickets and more information: www.nwboychoir.org
