Ordinations to the Diaconate

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9, 10:30 A.M., in the cathedral nave and livestreamed

By the Grace of God and the People Consenting, our Bishop Provisional, The Most Rev. Melissa M. Skelton, will ordain six candidates to the transitional diaconate. (This is an ordination to the order of Deacons for those who intend to later be ordained as priests.) Two of the candidates, Phillip Lienau and Robert Gary Stevens, have been raised up for ordination from Saint Mark’s Cathedral. The other candidates are Theresa L. Newell, Lisa Bozarth Ozaeta, Martin William Pommerenke, III, and Myra Ryneheart Corcorran. All are invited to attend in person or via livestream. The festival color is red.
