Sound Bath after Cathedral Yoga cancelled

Cathedral Yoga and the Sound Bath following are cancelled on Monday, December 19, due to the dress rehearsal for the Pageant.

A sound bath experience is offered on the third Monday of each month, immediately following yoga class from 7:30 to 8 p.m. You are invited to attend the sound bath without attending the class, or to attend the class and leave when the sound bath begins.

  • OCTOBER 17, 7:30–8 P.M., with Andrea Suzuki
  • NOVEMBER 21, 7:30–8 P.M., with Lila Levari
