DESCRIPTION:Mix and mingle with your QuiC family and friends as we join with our queer siblings from Saint Joe’s for pizza and pop in the park! This is a first of many ecumenical gatherings we hope to kick off as we plan future QuiC programming. We will have ice breakers and discuss our upcoming plans for Pride. Bring a blanket and some camping chairs for seating\, if you have them. DESCRIPTION:Saint Mark’s Cathedral will be open to all on Saturday\, June 27\, 1 to 4 p.m. during Capitol Hill PrideFest for anyone who wants to sit\, cool off\, hydrate\, and rest in a calm and quiet space. There will also be refreshments\, rainbow crafting\, contemplative practices\, quiet space for sensory-sensitive folks\, kid-friendly activities\, and a station to honor queer ancestors. \nWe are located four blocks north of PrideFest at 1245 10th Ave E (at Galer St). \n  \nThis event is co-sponsored by Saint Mark’s Intergenerational Council and Queer in Christ ministry.
