Each Saturday from 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.\, local practitioners gather together in the Saint Mark’s Cathedral Skinner Auditorium (located in the St Nicholas School Building\, just north of the cathedral building\, 1501 10th Ave E.) for a community meditation\, teaching\, and coffee social. \nGatherings begin with a guided sit from 9:30–10 a.m. designed to accommodate and empower a wide variety of practices\, from Buddhist meditation to centering prayer. The morning continues with a Dhamma teaching and Q&A from 10–11 followed by a chance\, for those who want\, to discuss life and practice over coffee from 11–noon. Fellowship and a community breakfast follow the service. \nUPDATE: The regular Thursday morning attendees have decided that their online service on the second and fourth Sundays of the month should merge with the online Daily Morning Prayer Group. On those Thursdays when there is not an in-person Eucharist\, gather online at 7:30 (rather than 7) using the normal Daily Office link. There will still be time available for checking in and chatting following the liturgy. All are welcome! \n
