I missed church on Mother’s Day, having gone to Tacoma to connect with family up from Portland, but I heard so much good about your sermon that I did listen to it on line.
Thank you! Beautifully stated! Though not confronted with that difficult choice for myself or for our daughter, after my mother died, our father told us that she had had an abortion – after marriage, but she was still working, depression years, and my Dad shared his $90 per month job with his best friend, each earning $45. They went on to have four well loved children, I the eldest.
Note that the experience needs to be so personal to have a glimmer of understanding, but it helps me! So thank you!
