Lowell Elementary School 1058 E Mercer St., Seattle, WA, United StatesSATURDAY, MARCH 19, drop in any time from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the playground area at Lowell Elementary on Capitol Hill Volunteers are needed to lay down mulch and cardboard in the garden at Lowell Elementary as they prepare for a new growing season. Volunteers must be vaccinated and wear masks. If you have extra cardboard, please bring to donate, removing stickers and tape.
