Silent Connection in a World of Noisy Isolation

In a world that seems ever busy and trying to capture our attention through multiple modalities (TikTok videos, Insta reels, podcasts, etc) it all can feel overwhelming and sometimes even more isolating. How can we find peace and silence amidst all the noise while maintaining a social and spiritual connection? Is it even possible? The group will discuss these questions and try out some contemplative practices such as centering prayer that can be done in a group as well as on your own. A potluck brunch will be offered.
