I have been teaching Yoga since 2000. Its philosophy guides my life, and is at the heart of what I offer. I teach weekly public classes, privately- 1:1 or small group, workshops, continuing education, and annual retreats, both locally and internationally. I am co-founder and co-director of Synergy Yoga School’s annual 200-hour teacher training. I am additionally a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. I offer nutritional and lifestyle counseling and specialize in Ayurvedic bodywork. I am a continuing educational provider, guest faculty for Discovery Point School of Massage and a lead teacher on 8 Limbs Yoga Teacher Training. My early passion for women’s studies led me to serve for many years as a labor and birth doula, supporting women and families through the transformative journey of birth. I also offer Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy that beautifully bridges Eastern and Western approaches to healing through compassionate self-study.
My work is an integration of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Hakomi therapy, supporting a deep process of self-inquiry, healing, and recognition of one’s essential nature. It is a profound privilege to accompany students and clients as they soften, heal, and reconnect with their innate wisdom and inner radiance.
Above all, the deepest and most meaningful path in my life is motherhood. My son is my greatest teacher.
