A Holy Lent

Each year on Ash Wednesday, we are invited "to the observance of a holy Lent, by self-examination and repentance; by prayer, fasting, and self-denial; and by reading and meditating on God's holy Word." At times, we may have heard that described as a time to “give something up” or “take something on.” What might it be like to approach a “Holy Lent” as an invitation to live incarnationally and sacramentally?
