MLK Day Rally & March

9:30 A.M. Workshops; 11 A.M. Rally; 12:30 P.M. March begins
All are invited to march with other members of the Saint Mark’s community in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day March, starting at Garfield High School, 400 23rd Ave, Seattle 98122. There will be Opportunity Workshops from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in Garfield classrooms, a rally in the Garfield gym at 11:00 a.m., and then the march will commence from the Garfield main parking lot at 12:30 p.m. Saint Mark’s marchers are asked to gather at 12:15 p.m. on the sidewalk next to the bus loading zone that is parallel to 23rd Ave. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water + snacks!
