Children’s Chapel
Children’s Chapel is offered each Sunday at the 9 a.m. service. Children in preschool through second grade are invited to join the Gospel procession around the Deacon as the Gospel is proclaimed. Then they process to Thomsen Chapel for the Gospel story in a developmentally appropriate telling, singing, and prayer. They return to their families at the Peace. Younger children may attend accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Holy Eucharist, 9 a.m.
Cathedral NaveLiturgy with sermon and hymns. Music is offered by Saint Mark’s Singers or children’s choirs. Children’s Chapel is offered during the 9 a.m. service. After the Gospel is proclaimed, children pre-school through 2nd grade are invited to Thomsen Chapel for Bible stories, singing, and prayer. Parents are welcome to join their children. They return at the Peace. Location: Cathedral Nave This service is not livestreamed.
Morning Mix
Morning Mix is a new occasional gathering for all ages. On this day, you're invited to bring a photo of a beloved pet to add to our bulletin board for the Feast of St. Francis. We'll make dog biscuits and cat toys and share stories of the animals who have brought us companionship and delight.

Cathedral Tour
Cathedral NaveOn the last Sunday of each month, a cathedral docent offers a guided tour of the nave, Thomsen Chapel, and the Cathedral House. These tours highlight the cathedral’s history and architecture as participants move throughout the building. An elevator is available for those who need it. Meet at the back of the nave under the clock at 12:30 pm.
Worship & Prayer Committee Meeting
All are invited to join the next Worship & Prayer Committee meeting (a committee of the Vestry, but open to all) on Sunday, September 27, on Zoom. The conversation will include a reflection on recent liturgies, a discussion of upcoming services, and a theological reflection on the place of music in worship. Thomsen ChapelThis evening Eucharist offers periods of silence for reflection, simple meditative music, and lots of candlelight. Anointing and healing blessings are offered after the service.
