SUNDAY, JUNE 11, 12:30–5 P.M., meet on the labyrinth Join other 20s/30s for an afternoon of festivity to celebrate the Feast Day of St. Barnabas. We’ll begin at Saint Mark’s on the labyrinth with a brief liturgy and then start our mobile feast with stops at several Capitol Hill restaurants for refreshment. This year an Easter Egg hunt for kids will be offered on the front lawn immediately after both the 8:30 and 11 a.m. Easter Sunday services.

At 6:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday a very simple service of Holy Eucharist will be offered outdoors at the break of dawn, outdoors on the labyrinth in front of the cathedral. Please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 9:30 A.M.–2:30 P.M., in person only, throughout the cathedral campus Facilitated by Wendy Claire Barrie, Cathedral Canon for Intergenerational Ministries This offering for children, youth, and adults is an intentionally intergenerational exploration of embodied spiritual practices. Experiences include walking the labyrinth, Praying in Color, Ignatian imaginative prayer, silence, music-making, movement, and yoga. SUNDAY, MAY 15, 10:10 A.M., meet on the front patio Between the 9 and 11 a.m. services the leaders of the Labyrinth Ministry, Doug Thorpe, Judy Andrews, and Walter Stuteville, invite people of all ages to experience the labyrinth with them. They'll talk briefly about the labyrinth—what it is, why they love it, and how they use it—and then we'll walk it, with a short debrief afterwards for us to share what we noticed in the process.
