Every Monday at 6:30 p.m. — a gentle practice open to all.
Yoga is a practice with roots in the spiritual traditions of India, where it developed over thousands of years as a path of self-study, ethical living, meditation, and realization of our deepest nature. We offer our classes with gratitude and respect for this rich lineage.
In the sacred space of the cathedral nave, Cathedral Yoga offers an accessible and contemplative practice. Our instructors guide each class in ways that welcome both newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. Wherever you are on your spiritual or yoga journey, you are warmly welcome.
What To Expect:
- Pay what you can.
- Doors open at 6 p.m. and are closed at the start of the class at 6:30 p.m.
- Mats are available to borrow—first come, first served.
- On the third Monday of each month, an extended savasana is offered with a sound bath.
- A tea social follows class on the fourth Monday of each month.

About the Instructors
Yoga is taught by a rotating team of instructors, with unique styles, expertise, and approaches.
ANDREW RAGAN
Andrew helps people connect to themselves through movement, breath, and co-regulation. He combines strength training, yoga, breathwork, and Trauma Release Exercise® to help people connect to self and integrate nervous system dysregulation (a result of trauma).
TAMI HAFZALLA
Tami has been teaching yoga since 2000. She integrates Yoga, Ayurveda, and Hakomi therapy, supporting a deep process of self-inquiry, healing, and recognition of one's essential nature.
ANNABELL DUMEZ–MATHESON
Annabell DuMez-Matheson believes life is a journey and we are all on our own paths, however when our paths intersect, we can find hope and healing. Yoga has become something on her path that has brought deep connection and strength within herself and to the community around her.
ANNE-PHYFE PALMER
Anne-Phyfe teaches from a perspective that when we can show up with curiosity and loving kindness, a deep and abiding presence emerges. Her classes always offer options for different bodies and energy/proficiency levels, and aim to be trauma-informed.
JEFF JACKSON
Jeff Jackson offers a grounded, approachable style that encourages strength, introspection, and growth. His classes blend dynamic movement, intentional breathwork, and practical philosophy, creating space for students to challenge themselves while honoring their limits.
MARISSA GRASMICK
Marissa's classes balance the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of practice. She teaches yoga with the intention of revealing our capacity for awakened awareness. She offers trauma-informed classes with thoughtful and creative movement to help inspire growth, play and possibility.
GRETA HILL
Greta's teaching is a heart centered, empowering fusion of form and flow, and each class text you on a journey that weaves together creative movement with bio-mechanics, mantra and mudra, breathwork, and yogic wisdom for modern life.
ANDREA LOLBE SUZUKI

Andrea invites you to slow down and tend to your nervous system with a sound bath. This is a beautiful and deeply relaxing practice, where participants experience the physical vibrations of sound to help you connect more deeply into your own body.
