This group provides a weekly conversation around the scripture readings for the following Sunday. Each week a discussion is facilitated by rotating guest leaders, and lively conversation ensues as people share their thoughts about the lessons. The group meets from 12–1:30 p.m. for study and prayer over the lectionary, led by a rotating member of the cathedral staff and clergy. Join early at 11:30 for social time. Gather in McCaw Chapel—the space in the cathedral nave behind the altar platform, beneath the rose window. Whatever your prior experience with the Daily Office, come and pray together in community. Attendees can head down to the community dinner in Bloedel Hall at 6 p.m. immediately following the service, and are encouraged to stick around for a Cathedral Commons forum if one is scheduled.

A community dinner, prepared by Chef Marc Aubertin and his team, is served in Bloedel Hall. Due to food safety requirements, food service must end at 6:30 p.m. sharp. Cost: $6/child; $8/adult; $25/max. family.
