Every Monday at 6:30 p.m. — a gentle practice open to all.

Yoga is a practice with roots in the spiritual traditions of India, where it developed over thousands of years as a path of self-study, ethical living, meditation, and realization of our deepest nature. We offer our classes with gratitude and respect for this rich lineage.

In the sacred space of the cathedral nave, Cathedral Yoga offers an accessible and contemplative practice. Our instructors guide each class in ways that welcome both newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. Wherever you are on your spiritual or yoga journey, you are warmly welcome.

What To Expect:

  • Pay what you can.
  • Doors open at 6 p.m. and are closed at the start of the class at 6:30 p.m.
  • Mats are available to borrow—first come, first served.
  • On the third Monday of each month, an extended savasana is offered with a sound bath.
  • A tea social follows class on the fourth Monday of each month.
