Prayer in the Style of Taizé – the feast of Scholastica of Nursia

MONTHLY ON THE SECOND TUESDAY, 7 P.M., in the cathedral nave & livestreamed

Taizé Prayer—a contemplative service of silence, chant, candlelight, and stillness—returns to Saint Mark’s this fall. Rooted in the ecumenical community of Taizé, France, this meditative style of worship invites participants into deep listening and prayer through simple, repeated chants and moments of quiet reflection.
