Begins at the conclusion the Maundy Thursday Service, ends Friday morning Bread and wine consecrated at the Maundy Thursday liturgy are left on the altar in McCaw until sunrise on Friday, and all are invited to spend an hour or more in prayer, inspired by Jesus' words in the Garden of Gethsemane, "could you not stay awake with me one hour?"
